Cupping & Tasting: Inspection Services

You can rely upon our expertise and experience when it comes to inspecting and analyzing coffee samples. In our laboratory we use the strictest cupping and tasting protocols to systematically analyze coffee from green visual presentation, fragrance, aroma, body, acidity, flavor and much more.
For Producers

For green coffee producers we can investigate the potential for a given coffee quality and we will prepare a comprehensive report of our findings. We are aware of what buyers look for and can help you to understand this as well.

For Roasters

Boot Coffee Consulting provides a unique service for roasters who wish to 'buy direct'. We will act as the quality inspection intermediairy between green coffee suppliers (often producers or exporters) and coffee roasters. This will minimize the quality risk for the coffee buyer.
Coffee roasters can also benefit from our services by having their signature blends analyzed and tested.
