The
Hartman family has been operating this beautiful estate in
the Piedra Candela district of the Renacimiento region
since more than 45 years.
|
| More
than 280 different species of tropical and exotic birds welcome
the visitor to the main garden. |

For
pre-drying, the Hartman family uses the traditional methods
and tools. |
|
All
coffee is patio-dried.
|
|
|
|
To
complete the drying process, the coffee will be dried mechanically
and then the coffee is stored in this barn where the beans can
develop their final moisture content. |
|
The
coffee cupped very well during two consecutive cupping
sessions!
